Eli graduated from New York University, where he studied Real Estate Finance and Development, laying a solid foundation for his real estate career. His professional journey has taken him through various facets of the industry, including architecture, project management, real estate investment sales, and logistics. These experiences have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape.
Eli’s career began in architecture, where he honed his skills in design and project execution. He then transitioned into project management, overseeing large-scale developments and ensuring they met both budgetary and timeline goals. His experience in real estate investment sales allowed him to build a robust network and deepen his understanding of market dynamics.

Mr. Sabbagh is a veteran of the real estate industry and boast more than five decades of expertise. In addition to his role as Partner & Advisor at Oracle Equity Group, Mr. Sabbagh is also the Founder & CEO of Ultimate Realty. Since its inception Ultimate Realty has acquired or developed over 60 buildings totaling over $1B of real estate. To date, Mr. Sabbagh has acquired or developed over 2M SF of industrial, including 10 assets in Florida. Although Mr. Sabbagh’s strategy is to hold investments on a long-term basis, in the last 10 years he has exited six projects with a total sales price of $110M.
In 1996 Mr. Sabbagh embarked on his first project under the Ultimate Realty brand, a loft building on John Street, two years ahead of the Wall Street real estate boom. He effectively refurbished the property and leased it within six months. The development led the way for partnerships between Ultimate Realty and outside equity investors, as well as the acquisition of more properties in the Financial District, Tribeca & various parts of Brooklyn. Mr. Sabbagh is active in New York civic and community affairs and enjoys aiding young entrepreneurs fulfill their business aspirations.
