His experience in real estate investment sales allowed him to build a robust network and deepen his understanding of market dynamics. These experiences have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape.

In addition to his role as Partner at Oracle Equity Group, Mr. Sabbagh is also the Founder & CEO of Ultimate Realty. Joe Sabbagh is the Founder & CEO of Ultimate Realty LLC, a real‑estate investment and development firm with over three decades of experience in the industry. Joe has been a driving force behind the company’s strategic vision and long‑term growth since its inception, guiding its evolution from early industrial property acquisitions into a diversified portfolio spanning industrial, residential, and commercial assets.
Joe began his entrepreneurial journey in real estate in 1988 by purchasing his first industrial buildings under the brand REAC Associates, setting the stage for what would become Ultimate Realty’s enduring presence in the market. In 1996, he launched the first project under the Ultimate Realty brand—a loft conversion on John Street in Manhattan—which he successfully refurbished and leased ahead of the Urban office‑to‑residential conversion trend. This pioneering effort helped establish fruitful partnerships with equity investors and expanded Ultimate Realty’s footprint across key districts of New York City, including the Financial District, Tribeca, and Brooklyn. Since its inception Ultimate Realty has acquired or developed over 60 buildings totaling over $1B of real estate.
