The facility is currently occupied by Harrington Industrial Plastics, a respected tenant that has maintained operations at the property since 2019. This acquisition underscores Oracle Equity Group’s commitment to investing in high-quality assets with established, long-term tenants. Bayside 44

Oracle Equity Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Bayside 44, a 46,543 square foot small bay industrial property located at 12485-12555 44th St N, Clearwater, FL 33762. Situated on 2.52 acres, the property features three industrial buildings and is conveniently located near U.S. Hwy 19, I-275, Ulmerton Rd, Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. Since acquiring the property, Oracle has replaced all the roofs, repainted the buildings, repaved the parking lot and remodeled each unit as they became available. These upgrades include new offices, lighting and painting. We look forward to maximizing the opportunities presented at Bayside 44 and contributing to the local economy.

Kissimmee Industrial

The property is home to Windsor Metal Finishing, a division of Best Engineered Surface Technologies, who’s occupied the property for 20 years. This acquisition highlights Oracle Equity Group’s dedication to supporting long-term tenants like Windsor Metal Finishing, who have demonstrated stability and reliability over the past 20 years.
